POST MIX SYRUPS

Ultimate Post Mix has an assortment of the most popular and highest quality syrups. All our flavours are packaged in 15litre bag-in-box package, except for the Diet Cola which comes in a 7.5litre bag in box package.

Each 15litre bag-in-box package produces 90 litres of ready soft drink or 380 by 250ml glasses.

POST MIX UNITS

All post mix equipment is designed and manufactured by Lancer Pacific in South Australia to operate in the most demanding conditions. It is constructed from durable stainless steel.

Machine Check List

The following points should be checked in case of a machine malfunction:

Is the Power ON at both the post mix unit and tower?
Is the water turned on?
Gas Bottle - Check bottle content gauge, have you got gas?
Syrup bag - is there enough syrup in the bag and is it properly connected to the machine?
If you have just swapped over a syrup box, empty out at least 15 to 20 jugs of soda water to re-build gas pressure

In an emergency:

Turn off power: At point
Turn off water: At tap or valve
Turn off gas: At bottle

Additional machine care information:

Regular cleaning of the post mix tower and wander bar gun with hot water prevents build up of grease.
Keep machine's fan vents clear.

Installation of machine must be in a place free of direct heat and prone to floods.
